On January 15, Zhuang Xudong, Director of the Provincial Meteorological Bureau, chaired a meeting to advance the construction of the new meteorological business network, historical data online, and the service website for the Guangdong-Hong-Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Sub-center of the World Meteorological Center (Beijing). Deputy Director Xiong Yali attended the meeting, and officials from relevant functional departments and directly affiliated units participated.

The Data Detection Center has implemented the construction of the new business network and historical data online. The Beta version 1 of the new business network has been launched for trial operation, which basically enables the online display of historical basic meteorological data on the MICAPS 4.0 platform and is being trialed throughout the province. The Tropical Meteorology Institute has also launched the internal trial operation of the service website for the Guangdong-Hong-Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Sub-center of the World Meteorological Center (Beijing).

Zhuang Xudong highly praised the progress of these three initiatives and emphasized the importance of striving for perfection. He suggested that more attention be given to refining the work and further improving each project.
